Choosing to use "old-fashioned" stuff like cloth napkins, diapers, and wipes, vs. disposable. Recycling everything I possibly can, even though it frustrates my DH when I let it build up!

Turn off lights, recycle, recycle, recycle, no paper towels, no paper napkins, travel silverware at my desk at work instead of plastic
