Re: Dangerous packaging. The same thing happened to my daughter about 8 months to a year ago. She was pouring the candy directly into her mouth from the container and received cuts in her mouth from a small rectangular piece of metal that was in the tin. I was disappointed and surprised when the Jones Soda company ignored my communications on the matter. I too am seeking advice on how to deal with the matter. It's a shame really as we used to purchase many of their products and just wanted to voice our concerns and ask them to correct the flaw in their packaging. I had thought they were a reputable company, but I guess I was wrong.

Be extremely cautious with the tins these come in. The lid hinges on a metal tab that easily breaks off of the lid and falls into the container. This tab can (and did) cause serious gum laceration if it is inadvertently eaten with the candy. DO NOT give the container to small children as the broken tab and loose lid present a choking hadard. Jones may contact me or may opt to wait for subsequent communication in the matter.

THEY ARE GREAT! They are like sweet Tarts but WAY better! They come in more rare of flavors... I just bought some yesterday... I bought Berry Lemonade and Cream Soda...BOTH ARE DELICIOUS! But a word of advice is to sell ALL JONES PRODUCTS in more stores. The Jonas company would get more money and the customers would be more happy and would buy more.:) Just a thought :)
