Need help using our e-stamps?
Tanya has put together some great tips to use these stamps in your Outlook email
...
Make sure that you save one of the stamps
on your computer. I suggest saving it in the "My Pictures" folder
that is located in "My Documents". Do not delete
or move the picture from the folder once it has been saved.
Open up the "Tools" tab in
Outlook.
Click "Options"
Click the "Mail Format" tab
Make sure that messages are sent in HTML.
Your computer may currently have it set as "Plain Text" or "Microsoft
Outlook Rich Text". Change it to "HTML"
Click on "Stationary Picker".
This will open a new window
Click "New". This will open
another window, titled "Create your Signature". (1)
Name your signature what ever you want to name it. I suggest
the title "Stamp", but like I said, name it what
you like. (2) Start from a blank signature. Click "Next".
This will open a new window.
Enter your name, title, e-mail address,
... whatever you want for your signature. Once you have entered
your info, right click. Select "Insert Image". This
will open a new window
Click "Browse". Find your photo
where you saved it and select it. Either double click on the
file, or click once and select "Open".
Make sure that the stamp is in the right
place, and click "OK". This will go back to another
window. Click "OK". This will go back to another
window. Click "Apply" and you're set!
