Q. How long will it take to receive my custom soda?
A. At MyJones, we recommend ordering for your event at least 3 to 4 FULL weeks beforehand, especially if you have a large order!
While we try to run a tight ship, things can happen- including broken bottles, occasional missing or broken parcels, machines misbehaving, our stock suddenly disappearing into a vortex, nap-time, software exploding, dogs sitting in our laps leaving us unable to get up cos awww, so cute! These things happen pretty rarely, but the universe is unpredictable! So unpredictable, you might even get your order earlier than expected, if none of the aforementioned happen- which is actually pretty often!
Also, customers outside of the continental United States should lean toward ordering over a month before your event, especially if you have a large order.
Q. Can I get my soda in less than 7-10 business days?
A. If you place your order with an expedited method of shipping, your order will move to the front of the production queue and will ship with the pre-chosen method of shipping. The absolute fastest way to get your order is the mandatory ~3 business days for production and overnight shipping. Don't forget- you're ordering a quality, custom product delivered to your door.

Q. Do you offer bulk discounts for large custom orders?
A. Yes!! We have a 5% discount for (10-19) 12pk cases of custom soda (discount code: BULK) and a 10% discount for (20+) 12pk cases of custom soda (discount code: BULK2). Custom labeled soda is $3/bottle and shipping is calculated based on your proximity to Seattle, WA.
Q. Can I upload a picture of my favorite cartoon character/celebrity/painting/logo?
A. No. Jones Soda does not support copyright violation of any sort. Any image uploaded must be an image you own the rights to.
Q. How do I know if I own the rights to an image? It's on my computer, so it's mine right?
A. No. Unless you took the photo or drew the picture, you do not own the image. However, some images are free to use under Creative Commons Licenses. For more information, check this out.
Q. How much text can I fit on the back of the label?
A. It depends on the size. As a general rule, if you need to scroll to see all your text, it will not all fit.
Q. I have a coupon for a free 4-Pack of MyJones, but you don't offer 4-Packs. How do I redeem it?
A. We are no longer selling 4-Packs of MyJones, but you can use your coupon for a free 6-Pack of MyJones. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details.
Q. Who do you use to ship?
A. We ship with UPS in the continental United States.
Q. How do they ship?
A. All 6pk and 12pk cases are packaged in a thick brown cardboard box, with "Jones Soda" on the side. It says "JONES SODA" so if this is a super-secret surprise, please have it shipped to an address where the intended recipient will not see the package waiting on the doorstep. We are absolutely not responsible for whether or not the recipient of a super-secret surprise has their surprise spoiled because our boxes say "JONES SODA." We are Jones Soda and our boxes say as much.
Our boxes are custom designed to protect your order from breakage.
Q. When I place an order for MyJones, do I receive a 4pk custom soda carrier?
A. We do not offer any carriers. Soda comes shipped in cardboard box.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we do!
Q. How big should the image be?
A. The final print area is 2.5 x 1.75 inches, but I highly recommend using that only as a ratio guide, not a native image size.
Q. How do I resize my photo?
A: Use Adobe Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, Fireworks, or a similar photo editing program.
Q. Can I use either black and white or color photos?
A. You can choose either Black and White or Color. Whatever you send us, we print. We do not edit your photo in any way.
Q. Do you offer will call pick up, rather than shipping?
A. Yes we do offer will call pickup at our production facility in Seattle, WA. If you would like to set your order up for will call please select on will call pickup at checkout. When your order is ready, we will email you to let you know.
We offer pick-up windows from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm. Please check your order confirmation receipt for our warehouse address. If you have any questions about will call, please contact email@example.com
Q. Can you send the labels without the bottles?
A. Due to FDA regulation, we cannot send just labels or blank bottles. Both of these leave Jones liable.
Q. Can I have different photos/flavors in the same case
A. No, each case (12 or 6) can only contain one flavor/photo/label.
Q. Can I change my order once it has been submitted
A. All orders are final. PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK YOU ORDER PRIOR TO HITTING SUBMIT.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel and get your full refund up until your ships. Once it ships, we cannot cancel and offer full return.
Q. Can I change the ship to address for my order
A. You can change your ship to address up until your order ships.
If you are changing your ship to address to another State, please be aware that there could be an additional shipping charge to cover the difference.
Once your order ships, the ship to address cannot be changed.
Q. What do I do if my order arrives broken or damaged?
A. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order # and a digital picture of the damaged product. We will then work with you on either a replacement or refund.
Q. How long does the soda last?
A. All Jones Soda has a shelf life of 2 years. After that our soda is still consumable, however the color, carbonation, and vitamin count begin to lessen. All MyJones soda is bottled the same year, so you can definitely order in advance.
Q. I do not have access to a computer, how can I place my order?
A. We are psychic, please feel free to just think about what you would like to order and we'll take care of the rest. You can pay us in mind hugs.
Q. Does your text support both Spanish and French text?
A. Yes we can print in different languages and support the appropriate punctuation. That being said, our forms cannot accommodate emojis.
Q. I want a certain flavor, however I do not see it listed in the available flavors?
A. What is listed is what is currently available. Our stock rotates in and out based on availability and demand.
Q. Can I put a photo on the back label?
A. No, however .... If you are in need of a more customized label, please send an email to email@example.com. We occasionally make exceptions to the rule but have an hourly design fee. Please keep this in mind.
Q. Can custom MyJones bottles be submerged in ice or water?
A. We have recently changed and upgrade the quality of our custom labels. They are now extremely durable and can be submerged in ice/water for well over 24 hrs without retaining any damage to the label.
