Shipping policy
We offer Ground shipping only on all Jones Soda 12-pack orders at this time. Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before they are shipped. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on the destination. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Shipping is $15 for the first package and $10 for each additional package to the same location for orders shipped within the continental U.S. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, additional shipping fees will apply.
Our sodas are packaged in glass bottles, which are heavier and more fragile than other packaging types. To help ensure your order arrives safely, our 12-packs are carefully packed with protective materials designed to help prevent damage during transit. The weight and specialized packaging required for glass bottles can make these orders more expensive to ship.
For all Fallout products, shipping charges will be calculated and reflected at checkout.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns at this time.
