Cancellation policy

In the event you place an order and immediately change your mind - no problem! We're happy to refund your order if we haven't shipped it out yet! If it's a custom order, you have up until we print out your order to cancel and receive a full refund. If we have already printed, we will deduct the label cost from your refund.

If it's been more then 60 days and you never received your order, we will not be able to issue a full refund. These will be handled on a case by case basis.
