Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR SURVEY COMPLETION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR SURVEY COMPLETION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
These Official Rules govern the Jones Soda Co. Consumer Research Giveaway (the "Promotion") sponsored by Jones Soda Co. (the "Sponsor"). By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions regarding the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
1. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, along with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.
The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, overseas military installations, Quebec, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on October 14th, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on October 31st, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period").
All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor's computer will serve as the official timekeeping device.
This Promotion is separate from any prior Jones Soda survey or incentive program. Participation in earlier surveys does not automatically provide an entry into this Promotion.
3. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry. No purchase is necessary, and both methods provide an equal chance of winning.
Method 1: Survey Participation
During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may complete the Jones Soda consumer research survey linked here.
After completing the survey, participants are automatically entered upon final submission.
Survey participation is voluntary. Completing the survey does not guarantee selection as a winner or receipt of a prize.
Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without completing the survey, eligible individuals may visit FREE ENTRY during the Promotion Period and complete the free online entry form.
Participants must provide their full name, valid email address, country of residence, and any other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and administer the Promotion.
No survey completion, purchase, or payment is required to use the AMOE.
Entry Limits and Conditions
Limit one (1) total entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.
Completing the survey and submitting an AMOE will not result in additional entries or increased chances of winning.
If multiple entries are received from the same individual, only the first eligible entry will be included in the drawing.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or submitted through methods intended to circumvent these rules may be disqualified.
4. Random Drawing and Odds of Winning
On or about November 11, 2026 Sponsor or its designated representative will randomly select ten (10) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection, regardless of entry method.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners are subject to verification before being confirmed as winners.
5. Prizes
Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) $50 USD digital Visa prepaid card, delivered electronically through Tremendous.

Total ARV of all prizes: $500 USD
Prizes are available to eligible residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec).
Digital Visa prepaid cards are issued in U.S. dollars. For Canadian recipients, card balances may be converted to Canadian dollars at the applicable exchange rate when used.
Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Tremendous and the applicable card issuer, including expiration dates, merchant acceptance, and usage restrictions.
Prizes are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be substituted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Limit one (1) prize per person or household.
6. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry within approximately five (5) business days following the drawing.
Potential winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification and may be required to verify their eligibility and complete applicable prize-claim documentation.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Following successful verification of eligibility and completion of any required prize-claim procedures, winners will receive their digital Visa prepaid card via email through Tremendous, using the email address provided at entry.
Winners are responsible for providing a valid email address and following the redemption instructions provided by Tremendous.
Any applicable card expiration dates, redemption requirements, and usage restrictions will be disclosed by Tremendous or the card issuer.
Canadian Skill-Testing Requirement
As a condition of being declared a winner, potential winners who are legal residents of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor or its designee.
Failure to correctly answer may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
7. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, or local taxes, as well as costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly covered by Sponsor.
Sponsor may request documentation reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable tax-reporting obligations.
8. Survey Participation and Use of Responses
Participation in the consumer research survey is voluntary and is not required to enter the Promotion.
Survey responses may be collected and used by Jones Soda for consumer research, product development, and related business purposes in accordance with the disclosures presented during the survey and Sponsor's applicable Privacy Policy.
Providing survey feedback does not increase a participant's odds of winning.
Sponsor may analyze survey responses individually or in aggregate. Any consent to receive future marketing or research communications will be requested separately where applicable.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at:

Information collected for the Promotion may be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Entering the Promotion does not require consent to receive future promotional or marketing communications.
Sponsor may share winners' names, email addresses, and other information reasonably necessary for prize fulfillment with Tremendous and its applicable service providers solely for purposes of administering and delivering prizes, subject to applicable privacy laws and policies.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise its integrity or proper operation.
In such circumstances, Sponsor may, where permitted by law, conduct a random drawing among eligible entries received before the interruption.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify individuals found to be tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent entries, or otherwise violating these Official Rules.
11. Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its promotion partners are not responsible for technical failures, incorrect or inaccurate entry information, lost or misdirected entries or notifications, unauthorized interference with the Promotion, or other errors beyond their reasonable control.
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its promotion partners from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of prizes, except where such release is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these rules limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
12. Disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, matters relating to these Official Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in King County, Washington, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
14. Winners List
To request a list of winners, send an email to marketing@jonessoda.com with the subject line "Jones Soda Consumer Research Giveaway Winners."
The winners list will be available following verification of all winners. Requests must be received by December 11th, 2026.
The winners list will be provided by email upon request.
