These Official Rules govern the Jones Soda Co. x Displate Fallout Instagram Giveaway (the "Promotion") sponsored by Jones Soda Co. (the "Sponsor"). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
1. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Displate, Bethesda, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, overseas military installations, Quebec, and where otherwise prohibited by law.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on July 21, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on July 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period").
Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
3. How to Enter
To enter:
- Like the giveaway post on Instagram
- Follow @jonessodaco and @displate
- Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the giveaway post
Each unique tag/comment counts as one (1) entry. Participants may enter multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments. Duplicate tags or spam entries may be disqualified.
Use of automated systems, bots, or fake accounts is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
4. Random Drawing and Odds of Winning
On or about July 27, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select ten (10) potential winners.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Prizes
Each winner will receive one (1) prize package, which includes:
- Four (4) Fallout-themed Displate posters (ARV: $240)
- One (1) Nuka-Cola Quantum Rocket Bottle (ARV: $75)
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash equivalent will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Limit one (1) prize per person/household.
6. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within approximately five (5) business days after the drawing.
Winners must respond within five (5) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Sponsor may require winners to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) Publicity Release.
7. Canadian Skill-Testing Requirement
As required by Canadian law, potential winners who are residents of Canada must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be confirmed as a winner.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified herein.
For U.S. winners, prizes valued at $600 or more may require submission of a Social Security Number for tax reporting (Form 1099-MISC).
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use a winner’s name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
12. Limitations of Liability
Promotion Entities are not responsible for:
- Technical failures or platform issues
- Lost, late, or misdirected entries
- Unauthorized intervention
- Any injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use
By entering, participants release Promotion Entities from any liability.
13. Disputes
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in King County, Washington, except where prohibited by law.
14. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Bethesda, Fallout, or any other third party.
