By participating in this survey, you agree to the following:
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and currently reside in the United States or Canada to participate.
Jones Soda may use screening questions to determine whether you meet the intended research criteria. If you do not meet those criteria, your participation may end before you complete the full survey.
Voluntary Participation
Participation is voluntary. You may choose not to participate or may stop taking the survey at any time.
No purchase is necessary to participate.
Use of Survey Responses
This survey is being conducted for consumer research and potential product-development purposes.
Your responses may be analyzed individually or together with responses from other participants to help Jones Soda better understand consumer behaviors, preferences, attitudes, and experiences related to gaming, beverages, screen use, and wellness.
Ideas, opinions, feedback, or suggestions you voluntarily provide through the survey may be used by Jones Soda for research, product development, marketing, or other business purposes without additional compensation beyond any survey incentive for which you qualify.
Survey Incentive Eligibility
If an incentive is offered, the specific incentive amount and any response limits will be disclosed before you begin the survey.
Completing or submitting the survey does not automatically guarantee receipt of an incentive.
To qualify, participants must meet all stated eligibility requirements, complete all required survey questions through final submission, provide complete and meaningful responses to required open-ended questions, provide truthful information to the best of their knowledge, and submit no more than one response per person.
Responses may be disqualified from receiving an incentive if they are incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, automated, contain clearly irrelevant or nonsensical responses, or otherwise fail to meet the stated eligibility requirements.
Jones Soda may review responses for compliance with these requirements before issuing an incentive. Eligible incentives will be distributed according to the timeframe disclosed with the survey offer.
Privacy and Data Use
Information collected through the survey will be handled in accordance with the Jones Soda Privacy Policy and any disclosures presented when you enter the survey.
Survey responses may be processed or stored using third-party survey, research, analytics, or incentive-fulfillment providers working on behalf of Jones Soda.
Please do not provide sensitive personal information unless the survey specifically requests it.

Some questions may relate to screen use, eye comfort, wellness, or health-related experiences.
This survey is for consumer research only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Changes or Termination
Jones Soda may modify, suspend, or discontinue the survey if necessary, including in response to technical issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances that interfere with the integrity of the research.
