CONTEST PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: At the end of the Contest Period, Jones Soda will choose one (1) Prize winners at random from all valid entries entered to the contest on or around April 20th, 2024. Winners will be notified by a representative of Jones Soda via email. Winners will have 3 days to respond and confirm email and mailing address for prizes to be sent to. In the event winner fails to respond within 3 days of message being sent, they will forfeit said prize and an alternate winner will be selected and Jones will go through same process as noted above. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Prize winners must meet eligibility rules. Winners will be notified by e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within 7 days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a selected winner or a selected winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected. If a selected winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.
