A. Due to COVID, Jones HQ is currently closed to the public. As soon as it becomes safe to do so, we will make tours and will-call pickup available again. Stay tuned!!
A. To find a retailer near you that carries our products, check out the product locator. Don't forget, you can always shop online and have it delivered right to your door!
A. What is listed is what is currently available. Our stock rotates in and out based on availability and demand.
A. Jones Sodas with Natural and Artificial Flavors have a shelf life of 2 years from the manufacturer date. Jones Sodas with Other Natural Flavors have a shelf life of 1 year from the manufacturer date. After that our soda is still consumable, however the color, carbonation, and vitamin count begin to lessen. If you are ordering custom bottles for your event in advance - no worries! All MyJones custom soda is bottled in the same year.
A. Two ways! If you would like submit it for possible use on one of our circulated bottles, submit it to the Photo Gallery. Scroll down for the Gallery FAQ for more info! If you would like a case, two cases, or even a dozen cases of your custom image just for you and/or your event- hit up MyJones!
A. The only caffeinated flavors we currently offer are Cola and Sugar Free Cola. Everything else is caffeine-free!
A. Yes! All current flavors are gluten free and vegan.
A. Once you have collected the correct amount of JONES caps for your desired item(s), you will make your selection through our Caps4Gear page. Once you have selected up to 3 items, you will fill out the information request. Once completed you will be presented with an order number. Please print this page out, pack your caps with the printed order page and ship them to us.

A. You may ship your caps in any way you see fit (boxes, envelopes, pringles can), and with any postal carrier or shipping service. We do recommend that you get a tracking number for your shipment, that way you can make sure they make it safely to their destination. Jones is not responsible for any lost or missing caps!

A. You can always save the order information print out to print at a later time. If you can't find a printer, you may copy your submission form and order number by hand and include it with your caps. Please make sure to write legibly so we can make sure you get your caps worth!
We will also email you with your order information. Be sure to subscribe to our emails in the footer to recieve communication.
A. All of our Caps4Gear orders are sent out in the order that we receive our customer’s submissions. Once we receive, count, and confirm your caps, your order will be created and shipped out to you. Due to the high volume of submissions, our processing time usually takes between 5-7 weeks for you to receive your gear.
A. Due to the high volume of submissions, we usually process submissions in bi-weekly batches. We expect your order will be processed within 5-7 weeks, although it may be sooner or later in some instances.
A. We will accept any JONES cap, in any condition. So you can flatten them, stack them, or pack them loosely together. As long as they are JONES bottle caps they will count toward your gear!
A. Depending on which carrier has the cheapest rates during the time of your shipment, Jones will utilize that shipping service. This may result in slow shipping times and be dependent on many other factors such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier processing time.
A. We have implemented a new system that will be able to mitigate this issue for our Caps4Gear program this year. However, in the rare instance that something like this happens, we will try our best to reach out to you to pick another item OR we will replace your gear with the closest item available to your selection.

A. You can change your address if you catch us before the package ships. If we have to change the address to a different state, you may have to pay a difference in shipping cost.
A. If it's within 24 hours of purchase, we should be able to edit your order. After that there is no guarantee we will be able to edit. Make sure to email myjones@jonessoda.com
A. For Jones regular bottled orders you can cancel your order up until it ships and still receive a full refund. Once it ships, we cannot cancel and offer a full refund.
For Custom Jones, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and receive a full refund.
We except returns on a case by case basis. The customer will need to figure out how to return the bottles and we do charge a 10% restacking fee before issuing a refund.
A. Go to the product you wish to subscribe to (not all products will have this option). On the product page, click the "Subscribe" option and choose from 3, 6, or 12 months. You can choose to prepay the whole amount or pay monthly. If prepaying, you will automatically get discounts for the 6 and 12 month options. Subscribers who are paying monthly for 6 months must use discount code "6 MONTHS" at checkout to receive 5% off. Subscribers who are paying monthly for 12 months must use discount code "12 MONTHS" at checkout to receive 10% off. Continue to checkout. You will start to receive your product at the same time each month. By subscribing you are committing to the subscription length you choose: 3, 6, or 12 months.
A. In the event your tracking information states that your order was discarded or that it is on it's way back to the shipper, please feel free to send us an email, myjones@jonessoda.com, so we can get your replacement out the door much earlier. We only receive notice that there was damage if it comes back to our shipping facility. Sometimes, a damaged package will still make it to it's destination. If there is broken glass, we recommend throwing the entire package away for your safety. We do not recommend drinking the soda in any bottles that are not broken. If your package arrives broken, please email us at myjones@jonessoda.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage in order to make a claim with our shipping department and UPS. We will then work with you on either a replacement or refund.
A. I know, right? The weird thing about computer monitors and cell phones and all other screen devices is that they don't project color the same way! It could look brighter or darker, maybe leaning toward more red or more blue.
A: Great question! Please email myjones@jonessoda.com that you wish to update the password on your account. We will send you a reset password link!
A. Unfortunately, all orders must be submitted online via our website.
A. You can always go to our login page to access your account and order information.
A. We primarily use UPS within the continental United States, our orders in Canada go through Canada Post. We also utilize USPS.
A. Unfortunately we do not control the rates provided by UPS and USPS. Our sodas are heavy and fragile, so we have to make sure they are packed safely in a box in order to prevent damages. This adds to the weight of the package and can make it costly to ship. However, we include UPS ground shipping in the price for our 12 packs and 24 packs of Soda (glass and cans) for all continental US orders. If you include swag and/or candy in your order with soda, you will need to pay for shipping for the full order. We suggest making two separate orders in these situations, then you will only need to pay for the weight of the candy and/swag in one order and receive "free shipping on soda" on the order with soda. A. We included UPS ground Shipping in the price on the website for our 6 pack and 12 packs of soda (for continental US orders). At checkout, you will have a list of options to chose from. If you only have soda(s) in your cart, you should be able to select "Free Shipping on Soda." If you have swag, single bottle(s), and/candy include, "Free Shipping on Soda" will not be an option. We suggest making two separate orders for this kind of situation. One for the soda and one for the candy/swag.
If you are shipping to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii, unfortunately you will have to pay extra for shipping at check out.
A. We offer 3 different methods for Free Shipping:
• Free Shipping on Soda – can ONLY have glass sodas* in cart in order to qualify
• Free Shipping on Cans – can ONLY have soda cans/Lemoncocco cans in cart to qualify
• Free Shipping on Swag – can ONLY have swag in cart to qualify
If you have items like candy and soda in you cart, you will need to pay for shipping. We suggest placing separate orders if you are wanting Swag, Candy, and/or Soda, in order to qualify for free shipping.
*this does NOT include single custom MyJones bottles. If you have a single custom Myjones bottle in your cart you will need to pay for shipping.
A. We can ship to Canada and USA. Unfortunately no where else at this time.
A. All 12pk cases are packaged in a thick brown cardboard box, with Jones Soda on the side. Our boxes and inserts are custom designed to protect against breakage. During the warmer months, we use cardboard inserts that stablize your bottles in transport. During the colder winter months, we use extra cardboard inserts to protect our glass bottles from freezing.
A. YES! Please email myjones@jonessoda.com to receive an exclusive discount code for pickup at our Seattle, WA warehouse.
A. We do not offer any carriers. Soda comes shipped in cardboard box.
A. Our shipping costs vary depending on where it's going and if you need it expedited. They also go towards packaging and your tracking number, ensuring your delicious (heavy!) glass-bottled sodas are delivered safely and securely. Free Shipping available in the U.S only.
A. Please wait 24 hours after UPS says your package is delivered and see if they deliver it after then. Sometimes the alerts beat the delivery driver and they will deliver your package later in the day. If after 24 hours you cannot find your package still, please contact myjones@jonessoda.com for next steps. This will need to be done within 60 days of the "delivery" date. This will allow us to open an investigation with UPS to locate the package. From there we can determine if a reshipment or refund is needed. If we are contacted after the 60 days, we will not be able to offer you anything.
A. We only ship orders out Monday through Friday. Excluding Holidays.
A. Yes!! We offer 10% off 2 custom 12 packs. We also have a 15% discount for 10+ twelve-pack cases of custom soda and a 20% discount for 20+ twelve-pack cases of custom soda. Both discounts apply automatically when items are added to your cart. Shipping is calculated based on order size and your proximity to Seattle, WA.
A. At MyJones, we recommend ordering for your event at least 3 to 4 FULL weeks beforehand, especially if you have a large order!
While we try to run a tight ship, things can happen - including broken bottles, occasional missing or broken parcels, machines misbehaving, our stock suddenly disappearing into a vortex, nap-time, software exploding, dogs sitting in our laps leaving us unable to get up because awww, so cute! These things happen pretty rarely, but the universe is unpredictable! So unpredictable, you might even get your order earlier than expected, if none of the aforementioned happen - which is actually pretty often!
Also, customers outside of the continental United States should lean toward ordering a month before your event, especially if you have a large order.
A. This is fairly uncommon but here's what probably happened: you ordered multiple cases and they just got split up in the production queue based on flavor. Usually, you can see this on your tracking or in your email alert – don't fret quite yet, but you can definitely shoot us an email at myjones@jonessoda.com to check in if the rest of your order doesn't move after another business day.
A. We are no longer selling 4-Packs of MyJones, but you can use your coupon for a free 6-Pack of MyJones.
A. If you are needing your order quicker then our 7-10 days production time, please email myjones@jonessoda.com your request. We can work with you and see if we are able to expedite your order.
A. You can choose either Black and White or Color.
A. Most images turn out great! If you want some specifics for maximum label-age: The maximum available area is 2 3/8 by 1 3/4, though your image may take up less than that, depending on the orientation and HxW ratio. We accept only JPEG photo files. If you are uploading a logo, please make sure it is in CMYK colors in order to ensure they are as close to your original as possible. Recommended image minimum of 300 DPI.
A. No, we can only support text on the back label.
A. Due to FDA regulation, we cannot send just labels or blank bottles. Both of these leave Jones liable.
A. Nope! These are not the custom labeled sodas you're looking for.
A. If it's within 24 hours of purchase, we should be able to edit your order. After that there is no guarantee we will be able to edit. Make sure to email myjones@jonessoda.com
A. Unfortunately, no. You can order multiple packs with different images, but each pack has to have 1 image.
A. 300 Characters. The text will turn red when you have hit the limit.
A. Yes, we can print in different languages and support the appropriate punctuation. That being said, we absolutely cannot support emojis – including smiley faces and hearts.
A. Our custom labels are not completely waterproof. You might experience some clouding around the white parts of the label if water does get on it.

A. If an error compromises the label and we can catch it in time before it goes to print, we will try to contact you. Otherwise, what you request is exactly what we will print! Double check your order before you send it in! And then, maybe triple check it.
A. We unfortunately cannot print any custom orders with copyrighted images that you do not own – including your FAVs.
A. Don't forget about the production period! We require 7-10 business days in order to produce your custom product.
A. Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund.
A. Our forms cannot support emojis at this time and the use of emojis could disrupt the text.
A. Please take a moment to read our terms of use to submit to the Jones Soda Gallery. These are the rules we all have to play by. As defined in the agreement, we reserve the right to remove photos and memberships of those who post banned material, copyright infringement, or do not follow the rules of conduct as posted here, in our terms of agreement and throughout the website.
A. Click the ADD YOUR CONTENT button. Choose your content source. Add a caption (we love hearing the story behind photos!) and fill out your contact information. Once you've agreed to terms, you're good to submit!
A. Pretty much anything (with the exceptions listed in the next question, below). Your photos, or photos with the photographer's permission. Your artwork, or artwork with the artist's permission. Use your good taste and good judgement. Remember, your mother or even your grandmother might see your gallery submission online and wouldn't you want to make them feel proud?
A. (a) Copyrighted material. Real simple: if you did not take the photo, or get the photographers permission, or if you did not create the artwork yourself, or get the original artist's permission, please do not post it to the gallery.
(b) Porn. Did you find some spicy porn that you thought would look nice on your end table, and on the gallery? Don't bother. We'll put you and your porn in the dog house and leave you there. For good.
A. For Jones Soda to use your photos containing pictures of people, we need to know that you've received permission to take their photo, and that we have received the rights to publish their likeness on our labels, website, and any other promotional items.
So any photo that has a "recognizable individual(s)" in the photo will need a model release form for each person. You do not need releases for large crowds however the danger of a claim against you and us grows as the size of the crowd diminishes.

Once you've submitted the photo, have all humans pictured sign it and include the URL to the photo.
Remember, for individuals under 18 years of age, their parent/guardian has to sign for them.
A. The first piece of advise is orientation: landscape, landscape, landscape!
Second piece of advise is go easy on the filters. They make your Instagram feed pop, but it's not really the Jones vibe. Furthermore, go easy on the Photoshop.
Give it a description! A cool story behind a photo makes it that much more special.
Doesn't matter if it's old or new, we pull photos from the dusty archives all the time!
Is it funny? We LOVE funny.
Post a video on your socials with why we should choose your photo. Don't forget to tag us! @jonessodaco
Is it a well composed, classically styled photograph? We love that too!
Does it have a million votes? Great! Queue up the printing press!
Do you have a model release for everyone in the photo? Huge crowds of people are visually stimulating, but unless you can get a signed release from that whole soccer team/bull running comrades/political protestors, there's no way we can print it. (Sorry, y'all!)
If you want to see a collection of photos chosen for labels, go to the gallery and use the "Chosen for labels" search filter (under Jones Faves) for some inspiration.
A. In the photo gallery, click on the photo you want deleted. Copy the entire URL (should contain the parameter "&pixlee_album_photo_id=" and the number associated with the photo). Send an email to gallery@jonessoda.com along with that URL and your contact information. After we verify that you are the owner of the photo, we will happily take it down for you! If you are not the owner, but have good reason for it to be taken down please note that in your email.
A. Your photo doesn't need to be in black and white, we will take care of that part. That being said, if your photo relies heavily on color to be cool, it may not be right for a Jones bottle. Sunsets look like a grey brick in black and white, as do grassy fields. That said, MyJones can make you your very own color photo custom bottles!
A. We will email the contact address for each photo that is chosen. Please make sure your contact email address is up to date and correct. Please do not contact us to ask if your photo was chosen, if we’ve received your photo, or what your chances of winning are. As you can imagine, we receive thousands of photos and emails and unfortunately we cannot respond to all of these inquiries.
A. Unfortunately, we really can't send you a bottle with your label on it. Flavors, per label run, may have up to 3 different photos on them... aside from the fact the placement of the labels is very very random. That’s where the term 'rare Jones Soda bottle' came from. Instead, we send the lucky submitter a handful of sample labels so they can see their specific label and maybe, with some luck.. they can find it randomly out in the wild.
For those of you who may be in dire straights of getting a label with your photo on it, by the case... we strongly suggest checking out MyJones. You can customize the bottle in every way, from the flavor, to the photo, to the words on the back... it's all you all the time.
A. The Jones Soda community of visitors is huge and it is no surprise when someone finds it hilarious to post some porn to the gallery. We monitor the gallery regularly, however, if you do spot porn, please email the photo's URL to gallery@jonessoda.com and we'll zap it outta there. As well as block the poster, for good.
A. Post the link of Facebook. Share it on IG. Tweet your masterpiece! Directly below your photo (or any photo, really... maybe you're super into pictures of pugs?) there are a series of sharing buttons. Share to your hearts content, my friends!
A. You can either search by your @handle or enter your email address into the Personalized Content menu by clicking the (Login) next to My Photos, choosing email to sign in, then going back to that dropdown and clicking My Photos again to filter by photos you have submitted.
